• If you are a leaseholder, we require your solicitor to send a Notice of Assignment marked ‘FAO Home Ownership Team’ to Aster Group, Sarsen Court, Horton Avenue, Devizes, SN10 2AZ or sending via email to homeownership@aster.co.uk

There is an administration fee for dealing with legal notices, this is £60 + VAT.

• If you live in one of our shared ownership properties, your solicitor will need to send the documents FAO Re-Sales Team.

Product Transfer £50 + VAT
Re-mortgage £100 + VAT
