Before submitting this request, you must confirm that you will comply with the following:-

  • If the floor area of the building is between 15 and 30 square metres and less than a metre from the boundary, you will need to get building regulations and provide us with a copy.
  • You will be responsible for making sure planning permission is obtained, if required.
  • There must be no-one using the shed/summer house as living accommodation.
  • You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the shed/summer house and any costs involved.
  • If we require access to the land or area under or near the shed/summer house which requires you to move the structure, Aster will not be responsible for any costs or repairs required as a result of this.
  • The shed/ summer house shall be left in good condition if you move and shall then become our property unless we request you to remove it and make good the area or you decide to remove and make good before you leave.

Before submitting this request, you must confirm that you will comply with the following:-

  • Work must be carried out by a qualified tradesman/utility company.
  • The meter shall be left in good working condition if you move out of the property.

  • You will not put down laminate flooring if you live in a flat/maisonette as you must understand that noise can travel with hard flooring and would not be considerate to your neighbours.
  • The work is to be carried out to a good standard.
  • The laminate flooring shall be left in good condition if you move and shall then become our property unless we request you to remove it and make good the area or you decide to remove and make good before you leave.
  • You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the flooring and any costs involved.
  • If we require access to the floor or area under the laminate which requires you to pull up or remove the flooring, Aster will not be responsible for any costs or repairs required as a result of this.

Before submitting this request, you must confirm that you will comply with the following:-

  • The work is to be carried out to a good standard.
  • You will be responsible for making sure planning permission is obtained, if required.
  • The decking shall be left in good condition if you move and shall then become our property unless we request you to remove it and make good the area or you decide to remove and make good before you leave.
  • You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the decking and any costs involved.
  • If we require access to the land or area under the decking which requires you to pull up or remove the item(s), Aster will not be responsible for any costs or repairs required as a result of this.
  • If the decking covers any manhole covers, these must be left so they are easy to access. Aster will not be responsible for any costs incurred by utility companies or any other party who need to access the manhole.
  • To enable all future maintenance, either routine or emergency, Aster staff or their contractors must be able to access all areas of the property externally including gutters and roofs. You must either allow the staff to work off the decking using ladders or use a slip reduction mat on the decking or remove the decking yourself at your own expense. If you refuse these options and Aster must bring in scaffolding, you will be charged for the cost of the scaffolding.

Before submitting the request, you must confirm that you will comply with the following:-

  • The work is to be carried out to a good standard.
  • You will be responsible for making sure planning permission is obtained, if required.
  • You will be responsible for checking any restrictive covenants associated with the property that was issued to you at the point of letting.
  • The dish/aerial shall be left in good condition if you move and shall then become our property unless we request you to remove it and make good the area or you decide to remove and make good before you leave.
  • You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the dish/aerial and any costs involved.
  • If we require access to the area behind or around the dish/aerial which requires you to move the item, Aster will not be responsible for any costs or repairs required as a result of this.
